Resin Bond Diamond Mounted Point

Our resin bond diamond mounted points are small grinding burs with integrated steel shanks, belonging to superhard abrasive tools. Diamond grains are bonded together by high-strength resin binder and sintered into compact grinding heads. They can be installed on grinders, engraving machines and rotary tools for high-precision manual or automatic grinding.

The resin bond matrix offers proper elasticity. It effectively reduces grinding heat, avoids workpiece burning and cracking, and delivers smooth polishing results. Thanks to its small size, this mounted point can easily reach inner holes, narrow grooves, corners and curved surfaces that ordinary grinding wheels cannot access.

Main Application

It is suitable for fine processing of hard and brittle materials, including tungsten steel, cemented carbide, engineering ceramics, optical glass, graphite, ferrite and PCD cutters. Common scenarios: mold repair, inner hole polishing, edge trimming, removing burrs and fine chamfering.
